URS managed to increase customer satisfaction

We are proud to announce that in 2014 we managed to increase customer satisfaction measurement IBD - Customer Satisfaction Index. And it is our long term goal.

2014 is slowly behind us and URS looks back and assesses their achievements. Our long-term goal is customer satisfaction, which is measured throughout the year. IBD is used as a benchmark - Customer Satisfaction Index.

2014 We have already evaluated and managed for us again a little better satisfy our customers than last year, which for us is a reward for our work done.
